Given the shrinking civic space in Kenya as a result of restrictive laws, policies, regulations and practices that cause violation of civil and political rights, and NOTING that there is a fragmentation of civic actions; IF we build capacity of civic actors through consolidation of resources and resilience, it will enable them to safeguard civic space through collective action; THEN we will have a society that upholds civil liberties.
